In its final election order issued yesterday, the NLRB changed the date ballots will be mailed to January 25. Below are the important dates for the decertification election.
Monday, January 14 - Company is required to provide the union with the names, addresses and contact information of every employee
Friday, January 25 - NLRB will mail ballots to employees
Friday, February 22- Deadline for employees to submit ballots to the NLRB. Ballots must received by the NLRB by the close of business.
Monday, February 25 - Ballots will be counted
