HAPPY NEW YEAR! Let's take control of our destiny in 2019.

The union is on a mission to destroy the Company and all our jobs. It is spending millions on a boycott campaign to drive our customers away. It is also pushing the Governor to force the Company out of NY. Everything the union is doing now is designed to hurt us. We just want to do our jobs and support ourselves and our families without all the union drama.

We might not like everything the Company does, but we know it needs us and wants us to stay. Voting the union out will give the Company a chance to do right by us without interference by the union. Don’t let the union ruin 2019 for us. Vote No Union.

We will post updates on this blog regarding the vote. We expect news late this week from the NLRB about the vote and will share it when it comes available.

Part of the problem is the misinformation that has been going around for a long time. It has always been in the CBA that you can be discharged by the company. The same way there was a grievance process (that they may or may not have taken up) the company should follow a progressive discipline process.

Very well put big cut16. If we will do our jobs and give the company a good days work I know when I grew up that’s what my old man told me. you’re working for a company whork hard and things will always work out. All I know is I taught my son that all he got was a high school diploma without work a lot for a construction company and the union that was a foreman runs jobs has a company truck and the company loves him that is what you’re supposed to do in the world we will have to work that everybody loves there job.

The union is fighting with itself. Charter hasn't taken the bait. The union has let the poor strikers do their dirty work. They are even on record in court claiming their site is hosted by "rank and file" members. Honestly, how many times during the strike did you receive "official" communication from the union? Everything was word of mouth or you had to be a part of this group or that group to get information. Then they started dropping people from insurance like flies. No strike fund for a union that has never been on strike? They have got to go!

Maybe if the union took care of there members we never would be in this mess. They only took care of members that kiss there ass. Remember techs that didn’t get raises for years then maybe you got a dime. So easy to forget them days. They always said they can only take care of so many people but where was that money the company gave the union to the jib. Other places in the union try to remember them days and and all the bull they told you. All they care about is this selves and they make great money they never do without pay but you guys can sit on the line and suffer. Now a lot o…
