I could not have said that better. Our battle is not with those workers still on strike. We think you should come back. Resign and come back before the vote. The company will more than likely take you back right now. The company welcomed those who crossed over with open arms. Were things different when they got back. Sure but most that have crossed and been back for sometime are glad they crossed. There back working making money and getting excellent benefits. It’s only going to get better. We need the union out. Our battle is with them. They are trying to bleed the company dry and this industry changes to much. We have to be open minded about tha…
